Hi! Yes enough snow, March is good because the day is longer and less tourists, not so crowded. Northern light can be seen during March too.

Yes, no problem for snowmobile and husky ride. The snow is still very thick. For snowmobile they need your driving license to operate the snowmobile so remember to bring yours.
