San Diego, a city that should be a huge draw with that weather, and it comes across as a laid back town. Needs to grow up and fully maximize the location. Not many places in the world have that. Second, the downtown is too under developed.. IT needs rapid densification and more action on the streets. Nobody even knows you exist outside of America. Do you think Europeans know that San Diego is all about? They woudn't bother. There is more pedestrian action in a medium sized beach town on the Med than in San Diego's entire downtown. You could beat L.A, because they have fucked themselves. Grow up and turn yourself into a real city.
