@@arpetr3458 then definitely Netherlands is in the top, also in Luxembourg and Germany the roads are generally very good. However I find that the quality is very important for people that commute to work or want to go fast from A to B, but during a road trip the scenery is for me more important than the road quality. Drove for example on some terrible quality unpaved roads in Iceland, but the scenery there was wonderful, and it gave the feeling that I was doing an adventure.
