You can park exactly where I parked and you can see it in this video. I also stayed in Wengen. Parking is at the entrance to the village at the train station. Also from there you have a direct connection to the train to Wengen. It's simple. It didn't seem very expensive to me. But I only stayed for 3 days. I don't know how much it costs for a few weeks.
