@Robert Harper Thanks Robert . To be fair , plenty of other places I have lived ,do as well. Bristol, London , Leicester have their own problem areas too. Thanks for the heads up though 🤘.

That was just like a day's work when I used to deliver medications for Gordons Chemist in the town. I think I was doing it in 2021 as well. Surprised my little blue fiesta wasn't in the video, with me frantically trying to find the next drop. I used to know all the street names. Didn't take long to forget them though😆

Great town great people, used to go to girvan on holday but nothing there anymore, sad, love going to Stranraer, good pubs and entertainment

Nice place stranraer, I'm from Newton Stewart but spent many a day during the 80s and 90s in stranraer.

Coming up from the Mull locations, this is our nearest town. It has mostly what anyone would need and everything else can generally be available within a couple of days..

First thing we noticed was for a place thats been neglected by governments the people take pride in Stranraer . very rarely see any litter anywhere. really nice place. Love the pubs. especially the Commercial.

Left Stranraer in 1969. Still very recognisable, though seems to be quite a number of rather uninspiring 2.., 3 storey newbuild flats. Gillespies bakery shop still there in King St...., good to see.
