Good driving. What time of the day is it, and how is the traffic in rush hours? I'm gonna drive soon from Istanbul Int airport to Eskieshir, 8am. Any advice?

This was an afternoon drive. I don't live there to be %100 accurate but during my stay, traffic was a little heavy during rush hours. I believe you will have a 4 hour drive; you might hit the traffic at some points but it shouldn't be bad at all.

You would reach 10 kilometers in 1.5 hours on the rush hours. It's the hell. Sometimes not even 10km.
