So in my case I am having issues with uploading documents. I don't see Form1A. All I see Form1 and Form 5A & Driving Licence these three mandatory. I have already filled the acknowledgement of Form1 when we get the popup but it it still asking compulsorily so what should I do. I have downloaded the pdf format of Form1 and all of the things are pre-filled should I upload the same downloaded one again? Please reply

You must need to upload Form-1A if you're 40+ , it is necessary to upload, please try to find on the website same as I told in my video
