These homes are absolutely beautiful. I can’t begin to imagine having this kind of money. To not have to worry about how much the electric bill is any given month or how much I’m spending at the grocery store.

yes I think "oh that house would be nice". and then I think about cleaning it and the electric bill and I am like. Ok I like my house just fine

These old houses are so beautiful. Glad they have not been torn down. 12:16 would be pretty with professional landscaping. At 30:24 would love to have an architect rework the facade.

yes I see what you mean. Some of the houses have tremendous landscaping with lots of money being spent. Some houses look rather old school and look like they have been owned for along time. Also ,lots of new money and not so great design choices.

I was thinking the same think. the opening two houses look really good cause they don't have the hedges and you can see the beautiful house.

And just think, this is the relatively poorer section of Beverly Hills,the Mega mansions are in the nearby hills.

@ 1:25 looks like the home where Bugsy Siegel was murdered. @12:00 is the house used in the exterior shots for the movie “The Graduate”

Bugsey Siegel was murdered at his home at 810 N Linden Drive a couple of doors over. It was for sale this last year for $17,000,000.

lol you are exactly right. Where is the house from The Graduate? The Graduate | Film Locations Benjamin is aiming high. Mrs Robinson - wouldn't you know it - lives in Beverly Hills. The Robinsons' house is 607 North Palm Drive, between Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevards.

How do people feel about you filming them at home and posting them on the Internet?

I am not sure. Some people wave and joke and say hello. Lots of people wave. Some want to come and talk to me and seem excited. Not really any negative responses. I am on a public street and there is this thing called Zillow and Redfin and Google Maps so think I think it's ok.
