A live map, video game style maybe. Locals might not need it, but for the rest of the world it would help to orientate and understand where you(we) are. I see buildings and parks and everything, but I have no idea what I'm actually looking at, especially if I'm watching this on a 4K smart TV.

Well, its obviously a gimbal or built in camera stabilizer. Even a high end Android phone camera can do this(but at 30fps) Stabilized, 8k in Dolby vision HDR
