I have 1 helix 150 gocart 1 coolster 125d quad 1 coolster 110 dirtbike 1 baja ba49 quad 1 razor mx500 modded to run 48 volts and I'm buying a spider box gocart tomorrow ,,, I have 3 boys ages 12 , 10 , and 7 ,my wife and myself we all ride together as a family on these China toys they are by far best bang for the buck especially if you can find them used

Them gears hot that’s why your not getting nowhere! Also unscrew more speed or more teeth means more torque less speed

Seeing how weak that is the factory must have put some restrictions on it cause a 125 is rated for 8.2 hp and that looks like 2, even being single speed. They sometimes have a throttle stop screw so that you can't give it full throttle so maybe that or the carb on it is way too small

I have one similar, I don’t think it’s a hp issue. There just so high geared.

Possibly but I saw this guy riding his on the road and it didn't seem like it was geared that high, I mean higher than I would like considering it's a single speed, but still I had a four speed 125 on my china quad and the top speed was like 33 mph and I took off in 3rd gear a few times and still it took off very quickly even in sand
