Yes, coworkers has caught me talking to myself. Hearing it out loud does help me to process it. I am in my head a lot, but i dont find myself thinking about what others are thinking about me.

You got yourself a new sub! You have no idea how inspiring this was to me. The state of your being is a very disarming and calming. You share authentically what you are going through/thinking about. This was always the intention with my own videos. I always try to come back to the vibe that this video had. It's almost like sitting next to you. So thank you for that. I promise you, if you keep posting videos like this, people will find their way to you, one way or the other. The algorithm just needs some time to index what your channel is about. (blabla, boring talk but true) If you ever wanna chat just let me know! Looking forward to the next one 😊

Thank you so much I smiled reading this!! Such kind words I appreciate it 🥹 It makes me feel encouraged and motivated. I think I prefer the non- edited or minimally edited vids that feel more real. Thank you for supporting me! There will be more. I like your content and find it useful. ☺️

“Being able to change your mind is a sign of intelligence” I like that, similar to the “don’t marry your opinions” saying. I think a lot of people feel like they have to stay true to what they stated a year ago, 6 months ago, etc. but it’s good to change up. I hate the idea of #cancel culture or whatever, it makes people scared to share their emotions/thoughts because they feel like they’ll be labelled as ‘that’ forever but we need more people that are loving and forgiving of peoples mistakes or bad takes that they may have had in life. Good energy, good video. Hare Krishna!

Yes opinions can change to match your values! And also values can change haha- we are very impermanent creatures. Changing your mind/ admitting you were wrong is such a good skill to have. Thanks for sharing!!
