I was born in Bedford 1971..its changed a lot..Used to be North Wing hospital Maternity/rehabilitation and South Wing was A&E outpatients etc. Brickhill Middle School is now a housing estate and Pilgrims Upper School now nursery school/ registry office??? Think the driving test centre no longer off Goldington Road just (opposite rugby ground) is now up by where Texas Instruments used to be on the industrial estate. Bedford's changed a lot from my childhood.. Thanks for the video 😊

@@Pi0trekPL - Yes I agree with the sentiment about the embankment. But growing up there was pretty boring as nothing ever changed. And I see that is the same today almost.

I'm guessing that this was filmed on a nice Sunday morning. This is one of the better efforts. Goldington Road looking tidy, must have cycled down this a couple of thousand times when I was a school boy. Left Bedford 40 years ago, but miss it sometimes now it's cleaned it's act up a bit. .
