It looks like Belgrade has a really massive traffic, there are many traffic conggestions in those freeways?

Well Belgrade is 1,3 million urban area on 360km2, and 1,8 million metro area. There are some 350-400 cars per 1000 people. So there are big traffic jams, but i would not call them masssive and huge. It's not that huge city.
