Por ese túnel pase de Toronto a Detroit con 20 años hasta las Vegas . Increíble

..... I've been through the tunnel Hundreds of times ... As a kid, it was always a special thrill to be the first to claim : "I see the flags !" ... ... On this clip, the American and Canadian flags, with the black border line between them came and went quick ! ..... Right at about 1:15 seconds in from the start ..... 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

@weatherboi Жыл бұрын
@@left4hash317 Better than what? Perhaps should put it, better for what? Depends on a few things. If you're claustrophobic, bridge is better of course. And depends on where you wish to go. South from Detroit, or to Detroit Metro airport, take the bridge, going north, the tunnel gets you through the city quicker. Hope that helps.

It's ok to be using your windshield wipers before you enter the tunnel, but hope you don't have to use them travelling through the tunnel !

I lived in metro Detroit for 39 years,my parents would take us kids thru the tunnel then back over the ambassador bridge,but when your the driver and getting stuck in a traffic jam in the tunnel it’s a little scary when you have kids of your own.

Been through it many times. Do you see the wipers going? Because its leaking water. At that point you are under the detroit river and yes it leaks A LOT. scary

Wow. Folks actually think it’s leaking? Concrete actually gets stronger as it ages. Google it.

I'd have anxiety travelling this route. I wonder if they have a service you can pay to drive you to the other side, like they do in Maryland, to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. You pay $25 each way, for someone to drive you across that bridge.

It’s been over 30 years since I’ve been in the tunnel did the walls look different back then anyone know ? I dont remember the white tile?
@kammycarpenter5744 Жыл бұрын
It's been longer for me. About 1975 I think but I remember a lot of leaking areas while staring at those walls. There was no white on the walls then.

@@kammycarpenter5744 yeah I know… I grew up as a kid with some drug addicts which were adults at the time and they would go out to the tunnels at 3 am and strip the tunnels for copper and aluminum brass etc I guess it was a gold mine for scrappers and crackheads, and they would actually drive a van back there with the lights off and hide from possible police etc that would have been fun tho I must admit I wish I would have seen it then

So what if Detroit joined Ontario Canada as Detroit Ontario Canada? This explains why Detroit is a bad struggling city even if those people immigrate to Canada moving to WIndsor Ontario. I try to make an open-minded suggestion Detroit must become Canadian as an option giving the USA enough struggle.
