Those roadside water is for show you don't suppose to jump in there hopefully they will add proper drowned road in future updates and I'm sure they will add water physics like splash enable/disable option too so you can play on every type of device....just speculating based on their current version and progress they making

True lol,insane graphics doesn't mean it's the best.The only disadvantage of uts is that the map is quite small and Dual Carbon needs to expand it.
