Paramveer, You will find some ways in Australia with 110 Km/hour speed limit. You somewhere mentioned 'Merge right'. If you closely look at the road, the lane in which you were driving ended. Check the white lane marking on your right side. It means , you need to move to right lane. You need to indicate right and move to next lane. It's as good as you changing to right lane.Merge right/left means , the lane in which you are driving in ending. You need to indicate right or left.That's the rule.

After filling petrol, someone might fled. But the person will have details like quanity and amount of petrol was filled by the person. After filling petrol, you just tell the counter number/filling station number, counter person can tell you the amount to pay since counter has a machine to record the petrol filled details. He might escape but he will get to know the amount not paid and will be able check the vehicle number with help of camera.
