I dont mean "many other countries". I mean exactly what I mean and exactly what I said. I'm truck driver in Europe, 70% of time I drive through Germany, Netherlands and Beneluxes, and I cant remember when last time I saw neighbourhood as rich as Compton on this video. It's insane.

Sunshine, palm trees, low-rise detached residential homes, few if any vacants, no drug corners to be seen. Looks like a nice place compared to other areas in America with a similar or more low-key reputation.

Ya housing prices have increased everywhere in Los Angeles, so people decided to gentrify Compton. @@lisadiconti

The city part with the narrow streets I believe is Watts. Compton streets are wide with lots of parking. Compton is not bad. Especially now. Its a lot of working class families that live here. Lots of homes have beautiful huge backyards depending on what part of Compton you live in. Compton got a bad rep due to the gangs of the late 80's and early 90's. A lot of that stuff is gone. Just these bad kids with the street takeovers is getting on people's nerves but the city is putting things in place to stop that. I will forever ❤ Compton.

There are places in the USA that are in far worse shape but doesn't have the reputation of Compton. There are houses in Compton that are near $1m in value. So slowly people you use to live there have been selling their houses and newer higher income people have been moving into the city. It doesn't mean there still isn't some crime. But its not like the movies. I wanted to share this video so people can see what its like. Anyway thanks again for watching and have a relaxing day!

@@FierBarca1899 If you look on Zillow alot of those houses are in the 700k+ range which is more than most places in the USA. I assume the nice lawns are the houses where people got priced outta other nearby neighborhoods at 1M+ and bought in Compton. In another 10 years the town will be littered with starbucks coffee shops and wholefoods lol.
