I believe those types of jobs are usually remote. So you can work from home here in Medicine Hat!

Internet speeds are good. On average about 1.5 GB per second download speed with pure fiber. The 2 main internet providers here are Telus and Shaw/Rogers. Crime rates are low and are one off incidents related to homelessness.

Hi there! Is there any place or area to avoid if someone wants to move to Medicine Hat relating unsafe areas? and the other question, do you have the same problem as they have in calgary regarding hail storms that damage cars?

I've heard that the areas near the train tracks are frequented by persons who misuse drugs. That's what locals usually call 'unsafe'. In terms of robbery and violence, Medicine Hat is a safe city.

I've only been here a year, but there was one storm where a few tiny (about 3mm) hail stones fell. I haven't heard of any severe hailstorms in the past 3 years.
