DRIVING VIEWERS?

If mentioning a broadcaster's name drives viewers to the broadcast, the content in that broadcast and the person being targeted for ridicule has to be interesting enough for a person of intellect to remain in the stream. Nobody I even know would stay for more than half a minute... it is so juvenile. It is all rambling nonsense as the anonymous streamer drones on and on about another woman's life. It is so low level and bizarre. Content used under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism and commentary or in a transformative creation.
