Driving vs. Operating A Coach Bus

As the bus travel industry rebounds, there will be more instances of the like.
No judgment here as no one's perfect, but one must work at it.
There's a difference between a wheel-holder and a driver-motorcoach operator (MCO).
Note, the white shirt means the driver is/was a trainee and likely in a phase of training when performing this simple maneuver made difficult by lacking spatial awareness. Paying close attention to the side mirrors is key, actually tantamount.
