Hey girl, I just wanted to say I am so proud of you for getting excited about your healthier lifestyle! I have been living similarly for the last 4ish months and have lost about 20 pounds! I really appreciate that you're talking about how you are not excluding a bunch of foods from your diet, you're just eating less of the "bad foods".It makes it much easier to eat healthy when you're not telling yourself you can NEVER have some things. Kinda takes the pressure off :) I have found it super helpful to keep track of everything I'm eating, not so much to specifically count calories, but just to help me ensure that the calories I am consuming every day are better for me. It helps keep me accountable if I see the majority of my day's calories came from a carton of french fries lol (I hope that makes sense). Anyway, I just wanted to give you some encouragement and to say keep it up! I never knew I could maintain something like this for so long but it truly has made me so much happier in my everyday life, and I know it will continue to make you happy too!

KylieFaith Hey, high school is rough sometimes but it will also be so much fun if you allow it to be. I'm a sophomore in high school and I was terrified my first year for only like 3 days. I knew nobody but on the third day, everything fell into place. If you're yourself everyone will find you. You WILL have your group and you will be alright. Just keep up with your work, be friends with your teachers (trust me, it helps more than you know), and just be yourself. Give it a chance and don't cry! Smile and embrace this new adventure in your life.
