My father, a Collingwood supporter, lived in Lincoln St where Wallsy was brought up. When I was a kid he liked to tell me he was there when Wallsy used to get his bottom powdered . Always used to get under my skin that one , my rough tough centre half forward arse up being talcumed !

+Kev007777777 Simpson has a heart as big as Phar Lap but is not a A -grader, few are. So B or C is a fair assessment. Remember Wallsy famously once refused match payment as he felt he played poorly. Harsh on others and himself. Besides Barassi , the best coach we ever had. Dont get me started on Parkin !

Not all coaches/analysts get it right everytime....Parkin gave away Greg Williams twice and Clarkson gave away Josh Kennedy.they all get it wrong sometimes.Wallsy did with that comment and I'm sure he would be the first to admit it.
