Kokona wore her about town clothes (including heels) and no gloves to a intimidation session, and Ayano wore running shoes, a simple shirt and skirt combo, and gloves, while not bothering to give any real advice to Kokona, making Kokona easy to frame and letting Musume do all the really hard work as far as goading Kokona to actually commit murder. This is great stuff all around. The stories are engaging and the characters work well in them. It's a shame that Kokona won't have this kind of storyline in the end, but I guess she earned her relative peace with all this era of development.

If you think about it, Kokona was already screwed the moment she agreed to Ayano’s plan. Regardless of whether Kokona killed Musume or not, Kokona will still be arrested. If, like in this video, Kokona kills Musume, her fingerprints will be found in the weapon and blood on her clothes, and a body tied up in the chair, she’d be sent to jail If Kokona were to let Musume live and convince Ayano to let her go, Musume would go straight to her dad and tell him that Kokona kidnapped her and tried to harm her, and her father would bring hell’s fury upon both Kokona and her dad and Kokona would be arrested for kidnapping So Kokona would be arrested no matter what, she would just face less severe charges if musume lived

its been over 5 years, but this is so genius 1. Ayano is actually very clever to plot this tragedy, she knows the psychology of Kokona and Musume, like Kokona is a very sweet hearted girl who loves her father, so much that she would do anything...as in going on dates with older men, murder etc just to see her father smile, and Musume is a rich spoiled brat, who has her father's protection and is brave enough to insult others below than her openly in any manner. Ayano knew that Musume will insult kokona and that would be more than enough to unleash her full rage. 2. did you notice while ayano was giving kokona the bat, she was wearing gloves and kokona was not? 3. Kokona got manipulated so much, she didnt even think of the consequences of murder, her emotions clouded her judgement like musume's father will be very angry to find out that his client's daughter killed his daughter and kokona's father is in more danger 4. Ayano never had any intention of helping her, she just wanted to eliminate kokona, all for Taro...

I think this is the type of game that YanDev was always striving to make. The chilling atmosphere, the scandalous and darkly realistic setting and all the crazy storytelling! Tbf, Musume’s father is a very powerful person, and she is fully aware of this. To me, given that she already antagonises/harms other openly (when she writes nasty things on students desks and hits the with blackboard cleaners) she probably no one would hurt/stand up to her due to her fathers reputation, money and influence. If you look at Musume’s character description on the yandere sim homepage, it’s highlighted that the school is aware of her behaviour but doesn’t do anything due to her father. Given all of this context, I *think* that’s what this depiction of Musume was leaning into; her being over confident in her fathers influence that no one would dare *actually* harm her or push back against her cruelty

It would make sense if they did get suspicious. Yandere Dev has mentioned before that the ending to the game depends on how you eliminate your rivals, how often you choose certain elimination methods, and senpai's sanity. I would assume if you choose to eliminate every rival by driving them to murder, the ending would involve the police being extremely suspicious of you and possibly an investigation.

Watching this in 2024, I have a few things to say: 1. Musume and Kokna's VA is perfect 2. The art is beautiful 3. The little details are so good to find out I don't know why this isn't in the game, since this way of elimination is pure bliss. Kokona should be an extra week similar to the Amai challenge.

I'm glad this was made. I feel like some people forget that Yandere Chan isn't a "cute" character. She's a manipulator who targets the naive and mentally weak to drive them to commit sinister acts for her own advantage. It's a great story, but sadly some people like to romanticize these types of things. I would really hate for this to turn into another "I murdered my friend because of creepypasta" kind of scenario.

Very true - I think that the misconception of Ayano being a "poor, unloved schoolgirl" is beyond wrong. Do I feel bad for her? I'd say I feel pity: the condition she has been born with is not her fault, and her mother largely influenced her thoughts regarding it. But Ayano is in no way innocent. She's terrifying; an enraged, cold-blooded monster hidden within the body of an innocent looking youth. And, in my opinion, that's the beauty of the game. Trying to alter that to fit romantic scenarios just kind of ruins what her character is *supposed* to be.

Even thouht ey bouth have VERY SIMILAR hairstyles and are members of the drama club there are some diferences, such as their voice, make up, personality, animations... The reazon for YandereDev to make her this way was because curles represent eleganse a and purple royalty. Many people dont like how their hair stye are so similar so yandere has in mind to put kiana a quest were she ask Ayano to make Kokona change her hairstyle because she thinks she is tealig her haisrtyle. Sorry bad english
