Most of stalling happens for psychologic reasons. DON'T think about stalling, it is like don't think of a pink elephant! You are now thinking of a pink elephant right? DO focus on setting gas and finding and holding the bite, focus on a nice smooth pull away. DON'T worry about the vehicle behind you, all it will do is stress you out and likely cause you to stall, meaning you take longer to pull away DO focus on moving forwards, talking through what you are doing in your head or out allow can help you to focus on what you need to do, if you are busy talking what you are doing you can't think about the cars behind.

You are right.. I failed twice because of stalling.. I'm always thinking about not to stall but then it happens, especially when under pressure on a roundabout or in front of traffic...

I would like you to do a second version of this same video. But this time it must come with two cameras one pointing on the tachometer and the other pointing on the three pedals which will make better understanding.

Thank you sir. In moving the car to avoid stalling... Should I press the accelerator first or the clutch?
@perkyfav
@perkyfav 2 жыл бұрын
There is one more reason. When your wheels are in turn position and you release less gas/acceleration your car will stall. As turned wheels make friction for car to move forward

It happens sometimes when the car is loaded or you forget to release handbrake.

Adi, Thank You for all your detailed clear and so natural videos. I have a question: what if you don`t accelerate first? is it crucial to accelerate and than clutch control or u may just control the clutch and no need to give gas?

Why do you press gas when starting car on flat surface?, thought the balance of clutches alone can help you move car then gas later

Wat is this biting point...
@DrivingTV
@DrivingTV 3 жыл бұрын
When you’re learning in a manual car learning the clutch and the biting point is one of the most important thing you’ll be learning. Biting point is the point where the car starts to move.
