Thank you for the tips and tricks. Now i know why i struggle in changing gear. My instructor didnt explain these instead told me many times that drivjng automatic woild be sutiable for me. Jus try to kill my motivation but i am determined to learn driving manual. So using these tips with more practice im sure ill get there.

When I was a learner, I remember that I changed from 2nd to 3rd gear and the other way round like an X, but it's an H how it works correctly (like you stressed). Especially your explanation that you can easily find the position from which you shift into 3rd and 4th gear is very useful. The most important thing is to not look to the gear stick!
