The scene with Lisa in uniform was a reality show called Real Men 300 where celebrities actually attend military basic training and are filmed. They do their training with several others that are also part of the show but mostly it’s real military trainees. It’s a tough decision and many fans didn’t want her to do it, but she shut down the critics and haters alike when she did it. One of the first shocks for everyone was that, on the show, you have to follow the real rules of military training, including NO makeup, jewelry, or accessories. When they showed bare-face Lisa for the first time, it was a massive WOW. She is just as gorgeous without makeup as with and her skin really is flawless (as seen in the clip of her reading Jisoo’s letter). She had real drill sergeants breaking character because of how cute and funny she is. 😂

Lisa was on the 2018 MBC program 'The Real Men 300' (first 6 episodes). Celebrity members go through the same evaluation process as the real challengers representing their units. It's like a boot camp followed by special forces training for those who qualify.

Jisoo is the oldest member so she feels responsible on taking care of the members. As what BP members say, she is like their manager who knows all their schedules. On the other hand, Jennie is the decision maker in terms of performance, what still need to practice, group image, and on other things (Jisoo say she decides even what they eat as most of them are always undecided on certain things). The unnies (older ones) are the ones acting as leaders depends on what they are good at

Jennie fan here and i agree, but still, Jisoo is the unofficial leader cuz she leads them mostly for example blackpink house (no one part to lead). And lisa said she makes important decision in knowing bros. Jennie is in charge of performance cuz that's her part, lisa said she initiates things on stage. Jennie is just doing her part, so jendogs cannot called her leader.. Well they are toxic.. Besides, all of the members are capable of being leader, not just jensoo, all of them have their own parts and did well

If you look at Yeji (Itzy), and Solar (Mamamoo), they are the recognised leaders of their groups, and take care of their members in the same way Jisoo does with the members of BLACKPINK. The difference is that Jisoo and BLACKPINK recognise they each lead in different aspects, and that is their strength.

There is no LEADER of BLACKPINK, THEY WORK HARD TOGETHER, That statement is straight from them. People need to remember they are in their culture (S. Korean) that is far different than, especially the US.
