Hello sir. Is LH and E2 testing important before giving trigger or we can directly give trigger based on the follicular size. This is with regards to letrozole + HMG protocol for iui cycle

A simple cyst is unruptured apoptotic oocyte At 17 to 20mm there is slight peak in fsh fb increase in estrogen fb lh surge There s pulsating lh surge Same we follow in complete natural cycle transfer even we dont give trigger in natural transfer As isolation of lh molecule is difficult so we use hcg fr it as they hv same receptor Lh surge cut by nature on its own

Your dual trigger is 10000 & Deca But originally dual trigger is supposed to be low dose Hcg & deca . Low dose Hcg will support the luteal phase & prevent OHSS . And u can still do a fresh transfer .

Maybe so, but I don't intend to do fresh transfers with double triggers

It is actually the other way round...because natural LH surge is prolonged and whatever trigger we are giving is not able to sustain till the time LH surge actually stays in a natural cycle...hence even in fresh transfer cycle there will be progesterone drop after embryo transfer... Hence LPD exists in fresh transfer too....

There is no risk when it's used correctly in the pcod patients. And one can always use dual trigger in that case

Hi.. Ur classess are useful. Do HMG 150 injections of current cycles affect upcoming cycles or next cycle? What is the duration of action? I took letrozole 5mg for 5 days and Hmg 150 for 3 days.. Then HCG trigger 10000, then i developed hemorrhagic cyst in both ovaries .. Why sir..?
