As an Iraq combat vet who also came from an abusive drug addict mother, I've been doing your blessings of the energy center's meditation for 15 months now at least 5 times a week. PTSD has been more manageable and my spinal injuries have been improving, even when steroid injections, diet, fasting, physical therapy, chiropractic and other therapies weren't getting the results I needed. I came to realize that the PTSD wasn't allowing my body to heal. But I also take Kratom which helps so much with PTSD and pain. When I first started the meditation I couldn't do it due to pain, so when I discovered Kratom it allowed me to actually sit through and focus for the meditation. I use much less Kratom now and I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and my time needing Kratom is slowly coming to an end. Thank you for all that you have done and do.

Neurofeedback Therapy helped me greatly as well- it feels like Dr. Joes meditations but on an elevated level for me. I did 30 sessions … every M-W-F for an hour a day 3 days a week until all 30 sessions were completed. I did them at the Neurofeedback Center in Maitland Florida - changed my life. I highly recommend it along with Dr Joes work. Find a Neurofeedback Specialist near you. It’s saved my life ever since 2020 and I have complete peace now… a complete 180 difference. @@KingaGorski Well I've known about him and studying his work for over 13 years but have had access to the program for 2 years now and meditating. I think the longest streak I've had of meditating every day is 100 days and then falling off. Now Im on day 37. Recently gone into a deeper layer and experiencing what Skylark and Dr Joe describes when everything comes back 10x. Sucicid@l thoughts are back, a lot of deep grief and flashes of trauma coming up to the surface the way it was before I started the work.. cried from waking up in the morning until I fall asleep for the past couple of weeks and feel like throwing in the towel but I still haven't missed a day. My story is very similar to Skylarks. It's very gruesome this part but I am committed.

You are a shinning burning light, a warrior, and we are with you in this journey! Thank you for sharing that it is not just ups, but when after a good period, we feel even lower and the "I tried all, so this is the end, not fit for life, etc". However, we are not the same, that lower place now has a springboard that we can use to jump higher. Also, the part you said about discovering you didn't want to heal is very profound. In my case, I discovered it too, an attachment to the unhealed version of me, and it was related to healing enough that I could keep going... but I was unable to dream again, recover the joy of living because what if I became happy-innocent and that was taking away again from me... so the familiar place was a "protection place from my old version-brain" and not allowing me to REALLY feel/believe/know/become that I can be All I want in life. Leaving the trauma in the past, really becoming a new version and moving forward with excitement, and freedom, and not in survival mode are things I am practicing. ❤❤I was feeling out of alignment and your video opened my heart again, with tears rolling out of love and joy for you and for all of us, for JD and this beautiful community. We are BECOMING! ❤❤❤❤❤
