I believe my brother is currently suffering with Crohns. The past two weeks he’s been having stomach pain, diarrhea with blood and has lost weight. I took him to the hospital and dr said his intestines are inflamed, suspects crohns! He ate horrible for about 8 years so I think that’s what caused this extreme inflammation!! 😢

@@ConquerCrohns And I agree with you, too. I know a guy who cured his severe crohn's through 2 weeks of fasting and subsequent vegan diet. IBS type C for 23 years. Ebb and flow of depressions and anxiety to go along with this condition which I am now convinced is largely because of gut dys biosis. Sad that the doctors convinced me to have to manage it rather than that it could be cured. What a living hell, most of my whole life to battle this condition. Finally I guess a couple weeks ago I had faith and came upon all these fabulous doctors on youtube offering free information on how to heal. I am still uncertain if I can heal my condition but I have began to restrict my diet. It was always restricted but in the end I would fall off my diet at times because if the condition never heals then it gets tiring to never eat wheat or tasty foods. Well my attitude has changed because if there is any hope to get well in my lifetime then I will put 150 percent effort in to see it happen. Back in my day IBS was not seen as serious. This doc and I are nearly the same age. I didnt understand why it wasnt seen as serious as my life changed so dramatically and it does hurt too, after years I just always ignore the pain and discomfort. It's a total disaster to live with a chronic gut illness. Shame on all the doctors who mislead people saying it can not ever be cured

This is the opposite of many schools of thought at present in that it is thought animal flesh and diary is inflammatory. Do you know about FodMap food, as I was trying to eat what I thought was healthy, but my gut could not cope with onions, high fibre foods or dairy etc. I do think that dairy is a problem and I think the microbiome theory/leaky gut is interesting. There are so many theories and I have been reading for years and still have reached no conclusions. What this man, Reuben is saying conflicts with what I think. I suggest going meat, fish, dairy & gluten free for an initial period. See Paddison program webcasts. Best of luck.

Crohn's problem is blood. I treated him with blood. I took herbs from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a solvent for cholesterol and a solvent for liver fat. I am cured of Crohn's disease. This simply means that neither the colon nor the immune system is the actual problem. The whole story is blood and arteries, because it is the food of the body, without which it will not recover from any disease

Thank you very much for this outstanding testimony. I have had IBS for more than 30 years, three years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease and diverticulitis this was the turning point in my life because it made me radically change my diet. Needless to say that having struggled with gut issues for so long made me also dairy and fructose intolerant. There was a point when I could not eat anything, eating was a battle and a trauma for me. Well as I previously mentioned thanks to the fact that I was diagnosed with celiacs I changed my diet and little by little my condition improved a lot. I basically follow your 10 steps and after so many years I heve never felt better than now however there was one lose end that now makes sense to me and this is that sometimes I would feel some inflammation after eating rice, there you go, you just gave me the answer!

I'm doing a praise dance throughout the video, as i agree 100%. I have had Crohn's disease for over 20 years and had to seriously workout what was causing me problems. Symptoms were similar to what he described except I have always remained seriously overweight despite being hospitalised three times (God bless the NHS). I would add people suffering with IBD may wish to consider researching "FODMAP", as in addtion to the disease you may find you have accompanying I tolerances that go on to trigger a flare. Not everyone has to eliminate everything but it certainly helped me understand why I can't tolerate certain foods. This also falls into step with what is on the brilliant video. Having the visuals of the FODMAPs has been key to getting people to leave me alome when i say i cant tolerate certain 'healthy foods' (depends on individual as raw carrots can make me run faster than Bolt to a wc and a lot of fruit). Kefir was interesting as I love it but it causes me to use the wc a lot the next day when I buy it from the store. However, a Russian colleague gave me some of her homemade kefir to start and it wasn't bad, so maybe the store version contains the bad milk strain?! I need to get my hands on my own grains. Can we have more videos on Crohn's disease / UC / IBD please? I would have found this so helpful at the start of my diagnosis. I had to not only deal with illness, but upskill and inform my family- as a then young adult it was extremely hard and emotional time. Someone asked how people are diagnosed...well I'm unique as it was my dermatologist who picked up the issue despite years of illness! Blood work, stool samples (my hospital love examining stools, lol) and the old school colonoscopy are common diagnosing tools in the gastrointestinal clinic I attend. To anyone suffering I wish you good luck and better health. xx
