We couldn’t adopt our puppy without her being vaxed chipped & spayed. I hope they left her ovaries, but likely not & I’ll have to call to find out. Sad we didn’t have the option to spay her partially or later. I understand there are too many animals being put down at shelters, therefore they require neutering.

Neutering is neutral 😊 But I knew neutering was dangerous in 2008 and I'm not a vet. 🤔 It would be helpful for people to have a copy of the letter, is it publicly available?
