बहुत ही बढ़िया जानकारी दी गई है कशिका जी आपने तो। घर में पेड़ पर चिड़ियों को घोंसले बनाने दो । मेरे घर में तो हैं। पिंजरे में कैद रहना कौन पसंद करता है? सो मैं बेचारी एक मछली को अकेली कैद करने की बजाय उसको तालाब में छोड़ना पसंद करूंगी। घर पर जमीन पर बैठना और लेटना मुझे बहुत पसंद है पर डांट पड़ती है कि घर में सोफा, कुर्सी सब होते हुए जमीन पर क्यों बैठी हो? मैं तीन जोड़ी कपड़ों में भी खुश रह सकती हूं पर अलमारी भरकर कपड़े भी मन को खुश नहीं कर सकते। वो भी दिन थे बचपन के जब मुझे सबसे पहले पता होता था घर पर कि कौन सा फूल खिला है। पहली बारिश पर मिट्टी की खुशबू, वो बारिश में नहाना, इंद्रधनुष देखना, रात को लाइट जाने पर चांद और तारे देखना और उगते सूरज के साथ रंग बदलते बादल सब बड़े अच्छे लगते थे। फिर दुनिया के जीवों व लोगों की पीड़ा को देखकर और जीवन की सच्चाई को देखकर सौंदर्य भाव कहीं खो गया था। कविता, गीत, कहानी, लघुकथा और नाटक आदि सब कुछ लिखना छोड़ दिया है। जाने क्यों एक अरुचि सी हो गई। नहीं तो सैंकड़ों कविताएं लिखकर फाड़ चुकी थी। पिछले स्कूल में बालिका मंच और लीगल लिटरेसी मेरे पास ही थी सो हर महीने बच्चों को कानूनी शिक्षा देते समय, उनका टैलेंट सर्च करते और को करिकुलर एक्टिविटीज करवाते समय मैं भी उनको अपनी कुछ कविताएं सुनाती थी जो उस अवसर पर सही लगे। स्किट खुद ही लिखकर तैयार करवाती थी। जय श्री राधे कृष्ण। सपने में पहले वृंदावन के कान्हा जी दिखते थे पर अब द्वारकाधीश श्री कृष्ण दिखते हैं। 🙏

मैडम आपने बहुत अच्छा समझाया है, पर मैं आपसे ये जानना चाहता हूं कि क्या बंद नाक या सोते समय खर्राटे की वजह से ocd ya anxiety हो सकती हैं, मैं जब छोटा था तब मुझे ना ही कोई anxiety थी बस चुप और शांत रहता था और imaginative mind में रहता था फिर जब मैं मुझे allergic rhinitis का पता चला जिसकी वजह से सास लेने में दिक्कत बहुत जादा थी, कोई काम में मन नहीं, लगता था, सर me दर्द lack of concentration, loss of smell और loss of memory feel hoti थी, उसी बीच मेरे मन मे फालतू के विचार आने लगे और बार बार repeat hoti थी. तो क्या allergic rhinitis, बंद नाक के कारण ocd ho सकती हैं, क्योंकि मैं ocd suffer कर रहा हू, इसकी वजह जानना चाहता हूं कि ये ocd की बीमारी मुझे kyu हुई है, प्लीज reply कीजिएगा 🙏

Sir bade umid ke sath apka ans ka reply chahta hu.....baise AP to reapply dete hi ho par ajj mein apne jiban ke sabse khusi ki ki baat apse share karna chahta . Hu....mein pura din anxious rahta tha. Logo ki dar ki bajah se to ajj me pen kagaj leke betha tha aur likha . Mein khudse sabal Kiya kyoun anxious ho to uske jabab me ans. Aya log mujhe dekhte ha aur galat jaise bahat patla ho geya hu..bal Kam..bahat kuch .uske bad likha Keya bo merekohi dekhte hai wo apna Kam bhi to kar rehe hai. To 30 min ke bad achanak mere sar ke varipan aur anxious chala geya . Hiye kaise hua...sir iska reason kya ho sakta hai
