Dear Dr khalid jameel, I hope you're doing well, i had this hand losing grip issue since 5 6 six years, until now my hands are weak specifically my right hand i can't hold a paper instead between my fingers it looks so weak as compared to my hands! I am 27 and I used to be a massive sports person! It starts with shivering in my fingers and losing mass from my hands, please help me sir until now i couldn't find a solution i have done many tests but no one has solved my issue yet! I had grip issue 6 months ago along with pain in hand and knee joints and lower back. 3 months regular treatment with vit-D and other medications all isssues resolved except lower back ache. Same Dr. advised me to leave all other medicines and use a topical cream and nuberol forte for back ache. I am still finding for permanent releif as this back ache have become persistent and negatively affecting my routine activities. Need your suggestions Dr. Khalid
