I was surprised to find this video of blackhead removal without jabbing with a needle and scaring the person's face and bruising and bloodletting. This removal was excellently done.

It doesn’t scar their face it prevents them. This Dr has lots of videos where he opens the pore. Not using a needle causes unnecessary pain and bruising. He likely opened the pores b4 filming.

I guessing he probably was sweating and had working hands, and would wipe the sweat with his finger. I see in Trucker, construction, mechanic, factory. It probably had for years, probably had when he was working. Or even fixing a mower with oil gas and again sweating and wipe the sweat

This is the best video I have seen of solar comedones. I watched the upper eyelids at speed .5 for better detail. You can see the care the doctor uses in placing each qtip. Check 8:05 for the before/after comparison. Unbelievable! Special thanks to the client for agreeing to share.

You stated what I was about to comment. I hate those long damaging fingernails. That stupid tool that takes of inmost cases just the top and leaves the core. Knives that bloody the face are ridiculous. This Dr is very thorough and eases the face trama.

I am not normally a fan here, but I must give credit where credit is due. You were very careful and gentle on the eyelids and the corners of the eye . . . always sensitive areas to work with. Favre-Racouchot syndrome is tough to tackle as most cases pop up in those who have had years and years of sun damage (i.e. the middle aged-elderly). You handled this case admirably and I commend you.

Absolutely loved this video. Was so glad you used the cotton swabs near the eyes. The metal extractors near the eyes makes me nervous. You always do a great job of keeping the area you are working on clean by constantly wiping away the extractions. Great job!

I remember this video. I watched this the first time about 3 years ago. You were the master of extraction using Qtips you never used the cup, you stayed faithful,to the Qtips and cleaning out every poor. I always referred to this particular one as your masked man

I don’t think he has any lower pain tolerance in the eye area than anyone else. The eye area is very sensitive and it is the area of the face with the thinnest skin.
