Doglapan? Bhai, real doglapan toh yeh hai ki tum reservation ki baat chhod ke 'creamy layer' aur ek random example se poori discussion ko divert karne ki koshish kar rahe ho. Dr. Laxman Yadav ne 2 ghante sachai boli, aur tum ek sentence ke peeche pad gaye? Wah! Jitna time tum yeh 'creamy layer' ka rona ro rahe ho, utna effort apni soch sudharne me lagate, toh shayad samajh aata ki reservation ka asli maksad kya hai. Aur haan, agar tum Pooja Khedkar ki baat kar rahe ho, toh ek baat samajh lo-ek incident uthakar pura system discredit karna tumhari desperation dikha raha hai. SC OBC ST are enjoying reservation of at least 50% in every aspect (in promotion also) for almost 76 years of Independence. Those who are privileged also, they also take reservation, & the poor SC STs donot get that much benifit. The constitution of India has already banned caste based discrimination and declared it as crime in 1950. Only caste based reservation system is keeping caste system alive. SC, ST & OBCs have more legal rights than the unreserved people. I advise SC OBC ST people to not have Inferiority complex in their minds. If any discrimination happens, file FIR. During the period of independence, it was the need of the hour but many things changed these days. Reservation is only destroying meritorious people nowadays. Judicial or Legislative review of Caste based reservation is the need of the hour. In the present day scenario, only EWS reservation should be given irrespective of caste/creed/religion. And caste based reservation should be banned except for the STs.

Of course, you can't satisfy a Bhim fan-because we're not here to be satisfied. We demand real change, equality, and justice-things that shake the foundation of your comfort zone. You might be satisfied with the status quo because it works for you, but don't expect those who know what true oppression feels like to settle for anything less than what they deserve. If standing up for rights and refusing to be placated makes us unsatisfied, then we wear that label with pride. So yeah, you’re right-no one can satisfy a Bhim fan with mere crumbs when we’re fighting for the whole loaf.

Reservation has literally finished IITs. They have 70% quota. Rajiv Gandhi was the last sane prime minister who understood meritocracy. SC and ST fully deserve reservation, but the problem is new categories like EWS, OBC and Woman. Almost all our great heroes and rulers were OBC. It is divide and rule to have OBC reservation on lines of British.

Itne saalo tak daba ke rakha atyachar kre. To ab uplift krne ke liye itna to jhelna hoga. Uper se only total jobs me se only 3% govt jobs hai usme bhi only 1.5 % reserved Hai, Tum merit dhari ho to baki private sectors, media sectors, business sector, film industry , sab to open hai aur general category walo ka raaj hai overall. Kisi ka kisi specific community me paida ho jana, aur us adhar pe bhed bhav shoshan ho jana, galat hai yhi baat to samjna hai. Reservation is not the solution. One whose father availed the reservation now his son/daughter also ripping benefits of it and now they want same to be continued for their generations. Do they give away with reservation and at same time try and uplift another backward family....a big no....this question needs to be answered....

Let me clarify something: I'm a Brahmin myself, but instead of crying about reservation, I choose to empathize with those who have faced systemic discrimination and violence for thousands of years. They were oppressed, killed, and marginalized just because of their caste, and now you're upset over something as small as a 3% job and education reservation that hasn't even been around for 100 years? If you can't tolerate this small step towards justice, it says more about your discomfort with equality than about the system itself. The truth is, reservation is a small step toward rectifying the massive inequalities that have existed in our society for centuries. If you're so bothered by the limited reservation that's in place, maybe it's time to reflect on the privilege you've enjoyed without having to face the barriers that others still do. Instead of questioning why some people continue to benefit from reservation, why not focus on why it's still necessary? Until caste-based discrimination is completely eradicated, reservation remains essential.

If there was no discrimination in education, then what the hell were Manusmriti and other caste-based laws doing in Geeta? Manusmriti explicitly restricted education to the upper castes, denying knowledge and literacy to Shudras and Dalits under threat of severe punishment. If education didn’t exist, why were they banned from reading sacred texts or even hearing them recited? What was this then, just a bedtime story? And I couldn’t care less about what's happening in Buddhism. You’re so focused on other religions while conveniently ignoringthe caste shitshow in your own. Maybe clean up your own mess before pointing fingers. Until then, keep your ignorance to yourself. also Maybe try picking up a history book before you spout such nonsense, or better yet, stick to what you know which, judging by this crap, isnt much.

Only concern of the so called Ambedkarvaadis aka quotavaadis is Aarakshan and Sangrakshan. When will you rise above it? Why can't you say, we don't want quota and alms. Noone disputes caste-based reservations till a point... but the way it's been implemented in this country is injustice in itself... fake certificates are in legions...plus the people who have been economically uplifted, are still using reservations...there should be creamy layer in all the categories of reserved seats... this can't go on forever... this one sitting here is a "dalit-brahmin" who took all the profits of reservation, & now lecturing waste-sludge!

Sharm toh tumhe karni chahiye, jo apni so-called 'merit' par itna ghamand karte ho, phir bhi itni ghatiya soch rakhte ho. IIT me reservation isliye hai kyunki is desh me abhi bhi tum jese log hain, jo apni privileges ko samajhne ke bajaye dusron ko unki caste se judge karte hain. Aur tumhe bata du, India me 98% jobs me koi reservation nahi hai, phir bhi tum apni 'unreserved' category me rehkar kuch zyada hi superior feel kar rahe ho. Agar itna 'merit' ka dum hai, toh apne bal par aage badh, dusron ko neecha dikhane ke liye nahi. Padhai ke saath thodi insaaniyat bhi seekh lo, shayad kuch behtar ho jao

There is very much unsaid reservation played by higher caste in private system corporates and mncs.. Let me tell you brahmins openly write their caste on resume to get selected in private company.. How about that? Isnt that reservation? There are verious departments where we see too many higher caste people on upper level positions.. How.. Are they great intellectuals?? Do you really think intellegence is related to dna? No it is not.. They know how to play that reservation within their community... So many brahmins willbe seen in upper level or certain main departments.. It is not intellectual thing.. They hv access to this.. So reservation is good for country?? THose higher caste so called intellectual are blaming about it.. They must look within their soul as being human
