I stopped drinking alcohol two weeks ago cause I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Cholesterol was and will never be a problem unless it is under 200. Water should be drunken only if you are thirsty. Plants are not good for our health. We have stomachs of a carnivore: short, even shorter than dogs have, no additional compartments, acidity between crocodile and vulture.

Well I just subscribed. Already found a few wonderful doctors on youtube. Already changed my diet to KETO and lost a ton, got OFF all the damn pills for BP and type 2 diabetes. Gave up completely almost everything on your list. Except alcohol... I have my limits. BUT I have cut way down on that too. Thanks for this, I get better help from youtube than from ANY doctor's office visit in my over half a century of life here. Darn shame our medical community is so lacking in whole body health. I can attest to this.., I use to usually eat fresh salads 🥗 & fish 🐟 chicken 🍗 steak 🥩 at home 🏠 All natural - cook 👩🍳 it mysejf at home. I was lean & healthy 👙 The past couple years - I’ve gotten into the habit of happy hours out with friends - which typically fried in oils - like chicken 🍗 wings/ fries/ 🍟 sliders 🍔 etc Past couple years & I’ve gained 50 Lbs 🐷 oink 😬 I feel inflamed & sickly also.. I had to aquire a liking to it because even seasoned it is bland and mushy. Now 4mo of eating a few weekly I prefer them on my salad. Sadly, salad is hard for me to digest and plant foods in general just bloat me. Probably SIBO, still learning. So, after 4mo on healthy (strict) keto and gaining 4lbs I am slowly turning carno but now with Avocado. 🥑 😋 Diagnosed Hypothyroidism aquired so yeah Cruciferous not good for me. 😢

MCT are the medium chain triglycerides in coconut oil. You can get just as much benefit from using virgin coconut oil. Some people have digestion problems with MCT but not the full coconut oil. All *real* coconut oil begins to solidify at 78 degrees F. There is no difference between liquid and solid. Still delicious! Get an organic or virgin oil. 2 T in your coffee daily will keep alzheimers away!

I found your viseo fascinating! I am so happy that I happened upon it! Please tell me if home made bone broth is beneficial for the liver. We use turkey as well as beef bones and simmer them for a day or 2 with a splash of lemon juice to leech the goodness out of the bones as well as onions, celery, and garlic which we discard at the end.

My concern is that the opinion on coffee changes every 5 years or so. The warnings on MSG has been out there for at least 30 years. Many Chinese rest have dropped MSG as a result. However I have read that food manufacturers just use MSG by another name? There is so much conflicting information it has become too stressful. Just eat fresh whole foods skip sugar. Stop so much worrying. Sleep well.
