This is my second-most favourite instrumental rendition of Shyama Sastri's immortal swarajathi Amba Kamakshi. While L Subramaniam and Tiruvarur Bhaktavalsalam are on par with all the greats, Lalgudi Jayaraman's version with Karaikudi Mani outshines this by miles.
