I am listening to this because I have suffered with horrendous cramps and pms for more than a decade. It started after my last kid 12 years ago, so in my late 20s. A few years after he was born, everything got so bad that I had an ultrasound done. Nothing "abnormal" except maybe some scar tissue from c sections. I was on birth control for the pain for 8 years until it stopped working. A new doctor in a new state did an ultrasound and found adenomyosis, and said that a hysterectomy is the only cure. I opted for an ablation, and I'm two months post ablation and post birth control, and I'm still crampy and now super moody. I'm listening to all of these podcasts to see how I should change my diet, and looking into functional medicine. I do chiropractic, but I don't think it's enough. So frustrating that they all want to throw meds at us, artificial.hormones, but know nothing about diet and toxins.

Won’t go away until I took 6 months of high progesterone and finally got rid of it. But after 2 years, I developed breast cancer. Such a tiring process. Everything leads to depression and anxiety, so now I’m taking anxiety pills for 10 years. I hope to be off-meds one day, even if the pills helped me a lot especially with sleep issues.

Thank you so much for talking about this. I've been struggling for over 10 years. I went through peri-menopause and menopause which I did cold turkey, (gained about 20 lbs), and I am now having post-menopause symptoms. I had two operations for cysts on my ovaries peri-menopause, it was ugly all of my symptoms. But, I am better, working out again and working on my diet (keto intermittent fasting), sleep, etc. I did suffer a bit of hair loss. I don't drink alcohol at all. I am feeling much better lately. I've lost weight but need to lose a bit more. I just bought a bunch of supplements after listening to one of your other video's.

I did not know why I was unsubscribed . Missed this important message. I have those symptoms. Heavy period , hard to sleep. My Gynaecologist only gave me pain killer not treating the root cause. Until one day I was in pain and listen to healing vibrations Chanel singing bowl playing. Suddenly something was lifted up. I felt no more pain. That was the time I realised my pain was not from uterus only. I have to manage my stress as well. This video gave lots of good information and suggestions. I am now doing exercises regularly (super slow jogging with metronome on - to regulate hear beat not feeling tired after long run) .also doing intermittent fast. Eating healthy. Hope I can reverse my whole situation soon.

How are you dealing with your stress and anxiety?
@judithmoya56524 жыл бұрын
@@ericaciuffreda1606 First, exercise (3-5 times a week), relaxing music, raw foods (he explained that what I eat can affect my mood and other things) and I'm using Neurexan from Heel labs to deal with the parasympathetic response of my body). For me it also works: singing, reading, talking to some friends, watching funny movies and most importantly praying to God when feeling stress or just beginning to feel like blue. There's no single way to deal with stress as there's no single way to get healthy. Try as many useful things as you can and check how you react to them.

Just finding this video. I was on birth control for about 5 years; on it I didn’t suffer any crazy symptoms, however coming off of it last year (age 21) I went on a downward spiral of issues such as intense nausea, light-headedness, headaches, nearly passing out, sensory overload with my ears, virtigo symptoms, and GI struggles similar to IBS. Been to multiple doctors and my GYN doctor said she saw no issues. However (nearing 6mos off birth control) and I’m still dealing with nausea, IBS, virtigo, light-headed, and head pain, and dealing with extreme fatigue when on my period. Still looking for someone who isn’t just gonna give me pills to treat my symptoms. (Side note: never had any health issues/problems prior to stopping my birth control) Video was very informational. You taking any new patients lol ?

Here’s a gold nugget from a naturist/cancer doctor: all those weird symptoms are caused from your body not metabolizing hormones well, that is, not detoxing well, not removing excess hormones well, solution: you need to take Axis Endo by Metagenics, eat more vegetables and clean protein, not fried stuff; also cleanse your liver with milk thistle or a liver cleanse formula. The liver is the master gland that both creates and cleans up excess hormones in the body: insulin, cortisol, thyroid, reproductive hormones. They all influence each other but it all starts with making sure your digestive system gets proper support. Starting with not eating toxic stuff which overloads your liver, taking digestive enzymes with your multi-vitamin for max absorption, take ground flax (omega 3) to reduce inflammation and has fiber to clean the colon.

I was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia EIN and I had an IUD placed on my uterus last month to deliver localized progesterone. Doctor will check me again in July to see if precancerous cells are still in the uterus. I'm almost 34 and I'm overweight. She said this is from the high levels of estrogen likely due to my weight. I don't have kids yet so they're trying to preserve fertility with the IUD treatment instead of the recommended hysterectomy right now. She said regardless if the IUD works I'll still need my uterus removed in the future (once the kid situation is figured out) because this condition will come back once progesterone treatment is stopped. What resources do you recommend? I would LOVE to not need a hysterectomy! I would LOVE to be able to fix this naturally! But I haven't the first clue on how to go about this other than lose weight. Please help!
@elevendysevensclub3 жыл бұрын
Get rid of all processed foods, grains, dairy 🥛, go low glycemic, eat a keto-paleo diet. Insulin resistance and fat BOTH cause high estrogen. You do not need a hysterectomy. Your uterus is not the problem. The metabolic dysfunction you are living in is caused by diet.

What about what herring does to a person? I have the diagnosis of metabolic acidosis. My legs are swollen and bumpy and red changing patterns. Just when I think they are going to heal finally, they become bumpy and red again, but draining more fluids this time. My legs have 5 wounds and are constantly draining so much fluid I have to change bandages 3 times a day. I am having a hard time deciding what foods are causing this. My diet is organic green leafies and cabbage and organic tomatoes and herring and eggs. Sometimes iceburg lettuce with grated cheese and bits of processed ham, but not to the extend that my legs should be bothered. I am thinking I will have to drop the herring next. There must be a lot of hormones in fish. I dropped the eggs for a while but nothing changed. I am not exercising that much, especially compared to when I used to ride a mountain bike everywhere. I can't exercise more because I am in a wheelchair from loss of cartilage between my leg and hip bones. I have read that eating a lot of acidic foods are the cause, but I don't eat processed foods anymore except for those bits of ham sporadically. I should have healed by now. Otherwise I am healthy.

I’ve been feeling like crap for the past couple of years, my periods are light, mood, swings, anxiety, depression, acne, common, random hair, excess belly fat, and literally all of the symptoms above. Is there anyway I can get in contact with the doctor? My endocrinologist just wants to put me on birth control or the metroformin, but I believe it’s more gut and environmental related.

Good information. However this did not address menopause and serious symptoms like dry vagina. The only treatment that has really helped me to feel great, and that absolutely works is bio-identical hormones. Eating broccoli or taking a supplement will not help with the real menopause issues. Also, my best friend is estrogen; progesterone is necessary, of course. Our bodies make estrogen naturally from the age of 13 or so, and the cessation of estrogen and progesterone (plus thyroid) is what makes us miserable. Nature did us a dirty trick; at menopause Nature wants to get rid of us. No amount of soy or meditation will help. Sorry.
