@@DrNeneOfficial Dr I do everything which is necessary for a good sleep but when I go to bed I just can't sleep. Sleeping 8 hours for me is impossible.

Hi doctor would you be able to do a video on diet plan after heart transplant and everything involved in after the procedure.. is done....( as in) life of a person and risks and other complications. ...and how to lead a healthy good life after that heart transplant......please it would help someone who is just 38 and recently had a heart failure...its sad but It would really help him and others in the same situation......would be appreciated...thank you 🙏🙏

Thanks a lot Dr. for the video. Would you discuss the problem of light sleeping in one of your next videos. Getting up due to random noises when in middle of deep sleep. Would melatonin help
