Comparing your tracks to his, obviously his are way better. And I guarantee you sound way worse than him when recording. Also you can't say he is out of key because you hear the song quietly playing through his headphones in the backround. You can hear his vocals, let alone the melody of the beat, so I don't know how you're able to make an accusation that he is out of key.
