Its actually unbelievable how relatable this song is. About 3 years ago I have graduated from college and I have only gotten 1 job during that whole time and it only lasted 2 months and it was my first proper job experience. Because it was the worst 2 months of my life (due to the job not being what I wanted to do and not having a mentor at all at the job) I got scarred from it and was unable to apply for any other job afterwards. About a year ago I started seeing a psychologist, thanks to my dads financial support, and started working on my mental health. I had a big recovery phase about 5-6 months ago and I started working on some stuff on my own at home but I failed to make any of them actually work. During this time I also met somebody and when I met this person I lost all the goals I had again and we had a break up that was supposed to be on good terms but my insecurities and everything made it so that it was on bad terms. I took a big fall and I was on my face on the ground.. again. This whole fall lasted about a month or so and eventually I have somehow accepted that it is finally over. Today in about 2 hours I have a job interview and I took my first big step towards the right direction. All of the lyrics summarize all the shit that I have been through and everyday really is a new one and I am hoping my life just begun today. If you are also going through any kind of shit, make sure to keep going. Yes it is painful everyday to wake up with no goals or a clear path, but you will make it if you keep getting up everytime you fall.
