There's something wistful and melancholic about this. Maybe nostalgic if this is in the past, with a hint of loneliness or emptiness? The music isn't as upbeat as you might expect from the idea of travelling and sun. The singer doesn't sound thrilled but she doesn't sound uncaring either. Makes you feel like they are searching for something deeper but can't hold onto it. Even the title gives you little hint. She/they/both of them got sunburn, implying the relationship was too intense, it burned them. Maybe that's why they are moving on again so soon.
