Yes, this is a re-upload from earlier this week due to a couple not agreeing to be in the video after we edited the video and made it live! (although we have an entire clip of them after the prank laughing with us, knowing about the prank and cameras, etc... In addition, footage of them approaching US during the prank, taking pictures, asking questions. Butt hurt, rude and lame people sadly. Can't take a very harmless prank. I can't imagine their reaction if they ever ran into a mean spirited "prankster" who actually tried to cause harm or embarrassment and never told them they were being recorded, etc. Uh, meh, pthh.

+Dakota Waddell Well, in the many thousands of people we've interacted with over 4 years (and many times in MUCH more scary or embarrassing types pranks unlike this very clean and kinda non-prank experiment), we finally have come across a smug couple that likes to flex their "legal rights" to the fullest. Although we have footage of them approaching US, taking photos, laughing at the drone gag, being clearly informed of the three cameras, etc, they still wrote KZbin saying it's a violation of their privacy. Perhaps they weren't supposed to be seen together? Perhaps they are just selfish? Perhaps they just don't care. Perhaps this kinds of thing/action is just sport to them. This was such a big issue behind the scenes with us and Google that I even sent my assistant Jeff to the school to locate them and see if we would come to an agreement. We asked a few other students there and evidently Jeff said he came across a friend of theirs who said "NO COMMENT" in the most smug way possible when asked if he could get them to contact us. This gave us a clue as to the type of people we might be dealing with. Unreasonable. Selfish. So, quite frankly, to keep my channel in PERFECT standing with Google, we had no choice to either change or remove the video. PATHETICALLY, these people did not even have the courage or decency to contact us first... so it caused more issues on the backend than necessary(long story). So, since you asked... We were on the fence if we wanted to involve our legal guys and hit them for damages or just close the door and move on to better things for us and our subscribers. We chose the higher ground despite them being filmed with the previous mentioned information and opportunity... Hey, NEW extremely silly video tomorrow 6am showcasing my new "invention"!!

Sometimes pranks are psychological and subtle and intelligent... NOT just jumping out and harassing people for the pranksters kicks/attention. "PRANKS" have become SHITTY. Also, we built the site and added another video there just so YOU and others can prank people into thinking this is all real. Yes, we go that far with real pranks;)
