Just great to see this tutorial. Drones provide amazing footage that years ago, could only be obtained by flying in a small plane or helicopter. Also, it's interesting to be shown what the future holds for Mapperton's fields, and outlying buildings. Look forward to seeing their progress.

I would recommend that you look at videos done by Suzanna Compton. She has spent years cultivating multi species swards. Dung beetles play a part. Todays video shows some of the third-five plants she has in her sheep pastures, including yarrow and trefoil which are natural wormers. She can be found at Zwartbles Ireland Suzanna Compton. Her work has brought a lot of birds and wildlife.

Bonjour! Ian here, and I really appreciate this video! I got my drone pilot license last summer and I have been practicing (playing) with my drones ever since. They are such a useful tool, especially for examining very tall chateau rooftops 😉 I am currently starting to fly FPV drones to fly INSIDE of the chateau 😳 very fun and exciting! Thank you for sharing!

Luke, thank you for explaining how drones work, they're fascinating. Also love the woods, how lucky you all are to have such a beautiful place to enjoy nature. New to the channel so not sure if you have a video of going through the woods or any footage of the interior. The estate is amazing, but it also shows just how much work and responsibility you and Julie have taking care of it.

Very informative regarding the rewinding project and drone „etiquette“! I also disagree with the council. A farm building with a corrugated roof is as much of an eyesore as a tent. Maybe shepherd huts could be more to the council‘s liking.
