Hey Bob, I was just reflecting about John Hutchinson doing his magic up in Canada, all these years later. And then I remembered thinking, how did John get ALL of that equipment into his apartment, which was on the second floor? Then, I was like,,, What if being on the second floor, has something to do with whatever was going on inside of his apartment. Does being 1 story in the air have any effect on whatever’s happening inside the apartment ? Just a curious thought I’ve been rolling around in my head. Bob Hutchinson, I like the sound of that. lol

Very likely you are correct; atmospheric amperes and voltage are correlated to the 'ground'; the magnetic field 'organizes' energy by frequency and amplitude. Higher amp energies are dissonated into subtler frequencies (this is where mathematics becomes the language of the universe): Our tonal scales, for example, are multiples of a frequency, and our hearing of the tone is the resonance and coherence of the frequencies in harmony. Everything, from the subtle vibrations of atoms to light itself, is a vibration in coherence made of an infinite number of smaller vibrations in coherent harmonics. Atoms are this way, solar systems are this way, galaxies are this way. John Hutchison (and Nikola Tesla before him) were some of the geniuses that understood harmonic relativity and true 'coherence'. Energy (existence), frequency (coherence), and vibration (relativity). Anti-gravity is the wrong term; 'geomagnetic coupling' i think is a better term. Gravity never disappears; you will always be drawn down to the surface of your craft, but the entire craft will 'lock into' a layer of the geomagnetic spectrum that governs your locality. I think the very ancients we call 'myths and legends' from 12,000+ years ago understood vibrations better than we do.

With a concrete floor and possible metal? Building doesn't that affect the experiment?
