Another great video. I was having the exact same issues with getting studdering on my videos when using the yaw stick. I had no problems with studdering on my videos with the drone going forward/backward or side to side. Look forward to using your settings on my Zoom for improved video footage. Big Thanks!

Great info for gimbal settings. But as for the drone movement, whats the difference between your settings vs "cinematic mode"?

Cinematic mode is only in a few DJI models. In the Mavic 2 series there is tripod mode, which is very similar. Cinematic or tripod slow down everything, including the sppeed of the drone itself, great for flying in enclosed spaces. The methods I show in this video allow to tweak individual controls, while flying at normal speed

Finally got my new M2P after 1 1/2 years with Mavic Air, and am going through your videos. Not that it really matters, but I just watched your other video and you assigned gimbal forward and down to C1, and in this video, you made it C2. Any reason or preference?

That is great news Dale!!! I am waiting to see your footage with the new bird. I must have made a mistake, you can assign any of the two for forward/down. I like to set the other to the exposure menu, so that I can change shutter speed or ISO quickly when needed

@@VICVideopIC Unfortunately more big trips for now. My wife and I did three big trips this year (with Mavic Air - Iceland,Montana, Zambia-Madagascar) and they are all posted on Vimeo. I'll be practicing around Miami for now. Next big outing with the Mavic 2 Pro will be in April to our glorious western red rock country of Utah and Arizona.
