Beautiful untouched spots of nature in Richards Bay still. Not all messed up and overcrowded yet by industry like Durban Bay is.

34 years ago my wife and I were transferred under protest from Pretoria to Richards Bay. Work was scarce in the old Transvaal and it was move or find another job. OK, we said, but 5 years maximum! 34 years on.... Still here, same house, both retired and not going nowhere. 'nuff said ?

Its a nice video but be aware that the Civil Aviation Authority has designated the Richards Bay Harbour from ground to 500 feet as restricted airspace due to portnet helicopter operations. It is also within 5nm of the airport which is not legal. You can get into trouble for this so please just be aware of it.
