DJI Air 3/3S - Locating Serial Numbers

Hi do you know why the hub of the DJI Air 3 is so slow to charge batterys ? Can you make a video of this problem and how to resolve this problem ? Thank you and have a nice day.

What charging brick are you using for the hub?

If the Air 3's batteries are charging slowly, oftentimes this is due to the wattage of the charger. DJI suggests using at least a 65-watt charger. We use 100-watt PD chargers and the batteries charge very quickly.
