Welcome to Heart to Heart Meditations. This meditation will focus on letting go of built up anger and frustration that has been stored in your energy field.
Anger is a natural, human emotion. There’s nothing wrong with feeling angry, it’s completely normal and acceptable to have an angry response when unpleasant situations happen in life. Anger is there to signal something is not right, something needs to change most likely.
Anger can be a teacher, it can be used as fuel to our energy system to push us out of our comfort zone to get moving when changes are needed. However, when we hold on to anger tightly and don’t give it a healthy outlet to be released safely, it can cause problems in our life.
When we hold on to anger and frustration, it will weigh us down - like an anchor. When we are filled with anger, and hold on to it tightly, it's very difficult to move forward in life carrying around those anchors.
In this meditation, you will drop anchors of anger and frustration that have been stored in your energy field. You will be freeing yourself from those anchors that have been keeping you stuck. I’ll be your guide on this journey. You are safe, you are loved, you are supported.
