Yo o7 well, personaly i just freestyle and go with my intuition. But regarding the cc´s, there is a set time in seconds for each cc and how long it lasts. like a stun lasts for 2 seconds, a knockdown for 4 seconds etc. get familiar with those, there should also be an online sheet which shows how long each type of cc lasts. over time when you play you will get familiar and get used to the feeling of the timings of each cc and then you can create your own combos. Just start with watching some videos and maybe slow them down or watch them on repeat to figure out what the players are doing and just play arround with it yourself, you will eventually figure it out rly and thats the most fun part of it all :) good luck on the journey
