There were many players in that negotiation. You have to compromise, and though still from all over the world was used to FINISH the project, it did create many needed jobs. That was Trump's first month as president, but his executive order would have been used for any future original project, but the globalist Democrats refuse to be self-sustainable, just like the greedy EU. You get economic liberty like the song says from being a nationalist, not a globalist looking for the best deal. Trump was by no means perfect, but was a great FU to the system from the working man he generally spoke for
